Introduction

In this competitive analysis, I am going to share insights on real estate websites like 99Acre, Housing, and Magicbricks and their SWOT analysis. As they feature, almost everyone can access them as they are working for more than 100 websites, and yes, I am going to list out everything that I found as a insight. I will try to make all the positives and negatives unbiased.

I have heard that housing.com in recent days, like a few years ago, and 99acres are the real O.G. of digital real estate, but actually they lack the latest feature trends. We will see all these in a detailed manner. Although people use 99acres rather than housing because it has legit listings, housing has tons of fraudulent listings. I read this in the Quora forum.

Every popular real estate website has a backed-up company or has partners from the past; the most known are 99acre from Naukri Group and Magicbricks from Times Group.

Note : I am doing this for my personal purpose as a research task. The duration of this task is 2 days, and my role here in this study is only to analyze the best and most missed features that they provide to users in terms of user experience.

All this testing and exploring of websites is done through incognito profiles not from cached personal profiles to extract the actual content.

Goal

To make this more informative and to extract insights from the websites, we will go through the SWOT analysis and competitive research on those websites. In terms of the features, I will go through the user experience at first. Following that, I will do a competitive UX audit with categories specifically.

These three websites are the target, and I have collected a generic feature list in which the real estate companies should basically focus on these things.
