Introduction

I have made a detailed write up on enhancement of the advanced search filters and the boolean search. As it was the problem statement and the first step I started going through all the features of the Recruit CRM.

The Initial Findings

I am currently studying ML and AI, I made a fake CSV sheet through python and Faker Libraries. I imported all those in the Recruit CRM to know more on how they do so. In specific they gave me a free trail so I can only add fake profiles to 50 alone with a sample profile called “William”.

The most fascinating part of Recruit CRM is its office blue tone on the whole dashboard which gives me to stay on the page. So far I have seen these recruiting excel sheets and other websites it doesn’t feel the same.

When I import those candidate excel sheets in the dashboard, I got a side page to map all the column with Recruiter CRM’s columns, So it made more easy to import only the given and others can be ignored from the excel. Every result which I get is very late although I have a good spec PC and a good internet.

Understanding Current Advanced Search:

After all the profiles are done to importing I started playing around those filters to get any errors. As the task to make a usability enhancement on advanced search filters and boolean search, I go for a competitive analysis. This can surely give me a idea on how other products are being used.

Competitive Analysis

These are the alternatives of Recruit CRM which has multiple features but it all stands out than others by its user interface which is blue and green tone. I have tested Zoho Recruit it has a free version. Manatal is very close to Recruit CRM as It has a advanced Boolean search with a range of skill on a search.
